Life style disease

      Life style diseases and disorders are caused by several reasons of our routine bad habits                    


For example
  • Bad diet selections – untimed /malnutrition /fatty and faulty food etc
  • Lack of proper exercise/work
  • Sedentary lifestyle/work
  • Environmental conditions – occupational/weed problems/ polluted surrounding
  • Stressful life/environment/work condition
  • Tobacco/alcohol/drug abuse etc., like bad habits
Through this type of lifestyle we are facing many diseases/disorders

  • Hypertension

For our sophisticates and work, we loss many think and miss our natural life and health also. Our body tolerates, adjust and repair our problems at low level. But routine bad life style, it practiced for bad process within cell and body. It leads savior problems of diabetes, obesity etc. These two are major and crucial media for several disorders/diseases.
We should prevent these bad practices of lifestyles and we should produce healthy generations.

We can prevent these disorders through
·         Healthy diet – fruits, vegetables, proper amount of water, timely food etc.
·         Exercise – 30mins workout daily
·         Avoid bad habits – alcohol etc.
·         Avoid stress – yoga, books etc.
·         Love yourself and enjoy your life
